1. Our Commitment

Lington Global Education is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable participants who take part in our educational tours, school recruitment activities, conferences, events or other services. Safeguarding responsibilities are treated as a priority across all relevant services.

2. Scope

  • Educational tours and international learning visits involving minors
  • School recruitment activities and communication with prospective students under 18
  • Conferences, events or activities where children or vulnerable adults may participate
  • Any service involving direct contact with, or personal information about, a minor or vulnerable individual

3. Staff and Partner Responsibilities

  • Partner schools, tour operators and venues are expected to maintain their own safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Concerns about the conduct of any staff member or partner are treated seriously and investigated promptly

4. Working With Children and Young People

Where a service involves a minor, we seek appropriate parental or guardian consent, keep communication and information handling proportionate to the child’s age, and apply extra care to the collection and storage of any personal information, consistent with our Privacy Notice.

5. Educational Tours and Visits
